Store PoliciesIt is the policy of Desires and Dreams to make your shopping experience pleasurable. We will do all that we can to ship your order quickly, correctly and to fix any mistakes that are made. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY AS FAILURE TO DO SO COULD AFFECT YOUR ABILITY TO OBTAIN AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND: Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer's defects, wrong information given in the product description on this website or because you received something you did not order. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure they are correct and working. In the unlikely event there is a problem, please contact us at support@desiresanddreams.com immediately. You will need to include your invoice number, item description and the nature of the problem. You will either recieve an RMA and instructions on how to return the item or an explanation of why the return is not possible. The original packaging must be included for all returns and the item must be in an unused condition. Items must be returned within 28 calendar days of the order shipping to be corrected. After 28 days, all sales are final and no returns can be accepted for any reason. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any reason. You may initially be responsible for return shipping fees. If the mistake was ours, you will not be charged additional shipping fees and your return shipping fees (in any) will be refunded. Magazines and DVDs/Blu-Rays cannot be returned for any reason other than we shipped the wrong item. We will do all we can to correct any problems you encounter. Following these instructions will allow us to correct any problem quickly. It may take up to three weeks to recieve a refund or replacement. If an item ordered is out of stock or on backorder you will be notified by email as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the item to become available again at which time it will be shipped to you, or you may request a cancellation and refund for the particular item or the entire order. There are no fees or other charges associated with canceling. You may cancel at anytime before the item ships (which may be before you receive a tracking number) up to 58 days. Any order pending 58 days will be canceled and refunded. Shipping charges will be refunded only if the entire order is canceled and no item has shipped. Contact us at support@desiresanddreams.com for order updates or requests for cancellations. Incomplete orders may not be shipped until all items are in stock at our discretion. Any authorized returns for reasons other than above will incur a 25% restock fee. Restock fee will be calculated on the price of the item only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. |

Desires And Dreams reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products mistakenly listed at an incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment is cleared. Such order will be refused and canceled and a refund will be made by the same amount in the same manner as you paid. |
